Kevin has worked in the IT field for many years including adult and secondary education.  He also had his own business in London as a sub-contractor to a number of training companies providing corporate and government training.  In 2003 he had to move to Lincolnshire in order to help his parents in their later years.  In 2004 Kevin went back to teaching in adult education with Boston College and, while he was there started his Initial Teacher Training with the Open University. During this time he spent eighteen months teaching IT at the Banovallum Community School.
